1 DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM
If you received a wrong or damaged item, take a clear photo and email it to support@beastkeepers.com with your order number for a quick replacement or refund. 
2 RETURN/EXCHANGE
Email support@beastkeepers.com with your order number and the details of your request (return or exchange).
3 REVIEW
We’ll review your request and send you instructions within 1-2 business days. Please do not send items back without our confirmation — unauthorized returns will be denied.
4 REFUNDS
Returns: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: The fastest way is to return the item, and once accepted, place a new order for the correct size or color.
