Refund policy
BEASTKEEPERS makes returns simple and hassle-free.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and unaltered.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Returns
- To start a return, contact us at support@beastkeepers.com with your order number.
- Please do not send packages without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will be denied and are not our responsibility.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for US purchases (size or color only).
- The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item.
Wrong or Damaged Items
- If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us immediately.
- A photo is appreciated as it helps us resolve the issue faster.
- We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
Note: As a small, mission-driven brand, we absorb all return costs — which impacts our 1% to the Wild initiative. All we ask is to please double-check sizing and details before ordering to ensure that more of your purchase supports the protection of the Beasts and their habitats.
